This outfit performed the friendliest, most knowledgeable, thorough and comprehensive eye examination I have ever experienced. EVERYONE was courteous, perpetually smiling, and they were genuine, not pretending to be this way. Regarding eye care, I have found my "home," and I highly recommend, obviously, their services. This place refuses to provide medical records after given a signed document. Tina MacDonald‘s license has been delinquent a minimum of two times with the state of California. Laura Valencia called my son the N-word and physically and verbally assaulted him. in addition the staff knew about my sons situation and called him a literate because Laura was having a bad day as her relative had open heart surgery so she took it out on my son. I have never been so impressed with the quality of the care of all the people working with Dr. MacDonald and her team, the care was so great ! Everyone was professional. I have never had such a great experience in any medical situation as I had with them. They were so thorough - I was there for two hours. They checked for everything. I am so happy I found them. I haven’t stopped talking about the great service I received. I was very nervous because I had a new condition. They made me comfortable..explained everything…I have never felt so taken care of . I HIGHLY recommend this place.
