The staff at Westlake Eyecare are very detail oriented. They have state of the art technology and consider whole body in the eye exam. Eye health is directly related to overall health. Dr. Ruiz took the time to explain everything to me and give tips on how to use new glasses. Overall it was a positives experience. The office is beautiful also.

Dr Katie Kaufman was wonderful with my daughter and thorough in the evaluation. She explained clearly to me how my daughter’s current evaluation compared to her prior exam which was also nice. The staff were all incredibly nice and explained each option and recommendation with benefits and associated charges. Everyone made both of us feel comfortable and well cared for so this visit was a great experience.

Went for a routine eye exam, which I had put off since the COVID-19 pandemic. This practice is new to me and I was appreciative of the level of care offered by the entire staff. The shining star is Dr. Ruiz. Not only was she superlative in her demeanor and "bedside manner," she was able to identify two serious conditions that need attention. I am so grateful for her excellent medical care! Brava!
