I visited this location today in hopes to get new lenses. Was completely unprepared as we didn’t have our insurance card - never occurred to bring for some reason. They were so helpful to search for our insurance and so kind from the moment we arrived. I needed to actually have an eye exam as my last exam had expired - I did not know that was a thing either. They were able to squeeze me in within the hour. That was due to the suggestion and help from Ilse Patron. The woman who got me set up for the exam was so sweet (didn't get her name but shared stories of her mom’s cure all with ginger tea!). She expedited my exam as more tests were needed. So helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile on the entire time - never got that feeling of inconveniencing anyone. So patient and warm. Once I got the prescription filled we went down the street to wait and grabbed a bite and a hot beverage at White Electric Coffee - loved this place, too! Unfortunately, the prescription was off. They quickly and with a smile found a solution to correct the prescription - thank you Ilse. This was also done with the help of a man that seemed to be the lead optometrist or owner. He spent more time to correct the prescription. They are all so amazing and fast. As this wasn’t enough, then went above and beyond and as did the people behind the scenes to get me replacement lenses within 20 minutes at the end of their day when they were already probably closed for the day! Once I put them on it was clear that they were exactly right. THANK YOU!!!! This shop is FULL of amazing and sweet people. They have found an incredible group of people!

I had a wonderful experience with an employee named Elena! I wasn’t to sure on what eyeglasses to choose especially for my type of face shape. Elana was very patient with me and even gave me options which led to finding a pair I fell in love with. On top of the great experience she also recommended the same day shipment which I was very excited for. Loved her!

Been sitting here for over an hour. Brought my daughter for her appointment at 3. They finally called her at 3:30, now she is waiting in a different waiting area. People come in and it looks like herding cattle. This happens every visit. I personally stopped coming because of this, she decided to try again. Will not come back.
