Beautiful vibe. My kids had their first appointment. They absolutely loved it. I personally love and appreciate the staff. Also, my children said the doctor conversed with them and made them feel really comfortable during their exams. Our new eye care home. Thanks everyone.

Had a great experience with the Westport Eyecare staff! My exam was quick and the doctor was very friendly. The ladies in the front of the store were amazing and asked me several times if I needed help with choosing my frames. Once my frames were chosen, they broke down the cost of everything and got me sized. My glasses came in quickly and fit perfectly. I would recommend them to my co-workers and friends!

I looked at the other reviews and was super excited to try this place out because it’s been a lonnng difficult process with getting help. Unfortunately, they were like the other experiences. Customer service was very poor I’m not sure if it’s because it was lunch time or what. This is my first time getting glasses, so I was unsure about the exact process but I never received any help was just demanded to choose one of the pairs. I didn’t know that my insurance only covered a particular section, so I was forcefully redirected to another section to choose from. I hope no one else’s experience will be like mine. They seem to have some sort of predilection for people with more of the “look” to be able to pay.
