Today was my first visit here with Dr happe and she was amazing. I look forward to seeing her again for my yearly. But I think the best part about my visit was the tech that helped me today. Amber was very patient and helpful. I had to bring my son with me today and everyone knows it can be rough bringing your kiddo with you to the doctors but amber was keeping him busy while I looked at glasses. I hope I get to work wth her in the future keep doing what you are doing!

Very friendly! The doctor was excellent and explained everything very well! But unfortunately the contacts don’t work for me. My eyes have changed since the the last visit and they said No change in vision from a year ago, so the new contacts are not working I need them stronger. I attempted to contact them to fix the problem, but they said I would have to pay again for a new visit!!!! Didn’t get it right the first time. Sorry to say I will be finding a new doctor.😡

Westside Family Eyecare is awesome. Very professional, very clean, everyone there is very courteous. Dr Allyson Bigham is wonderful. I just bought new glasses and Shawna Foster helped me decide which frames to go with, so patient and helpful. Thank you Westside Family Eyecare!
