Kathy is a God send! It's so refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about their customers. She suggested a 2nd opinion on my current script which proved to be incorrect. I got a new script and even though I've had epic fails with progressives in the past, Kathy recommended HD progressives. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the lense and they weren't nauseating. I highly recommend Whalen Optical.
