This was our first visit here. We absolutely loved our kids' previous eye doctor, and werent sure how we felt about going somewhere new. The entire experience was exceptional! Sunshine, the woman doing all of the tests on their eyes, was exceedingly patient with and kind to our children. Dr. Kapperman talked to them, not just me, treated them with respect, and was very thorough. Robyn was so incredibly patient, gentle, and kind as she waited a very long time for our kids to make glasses decisions. As we were leaving, she guided us over to a table that was set up with beautifully curated bundles of school supplies. She had our kids each spin a wheel, then choose a prize based on the number they got. Each of my children won a package with notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, erasers, tissues, lotion, markers... It's incredible! Their names are also now in a raffle for the grand prize (a backpack full to the brim with school supplies and other things). In the waiting room, they had a popcorn machine with fresh popcorn, a freezer full of ice cream treats, and a snack cart full of stuff that my kids only get on special occasions 😆. Our family has been dealing with some really big, heavy stuff lately. We all needed this massive act of love and light. I am amazed by their generosity (not just the money, but the time and work it must have taken to accomplish), compassion, and heart for their patients and the community.

Dr. Kapperman and his staff are top-notch! I was a patient of this practice for many years, then stepped away for a few years because of new insurance coverage. My mistake. No one else compares to the level of time, thoroughness, and patient care that Dr. Kapperman provides. I started with Dr. Mark Kapperman in the mid-90s and was always amazed at the amount of time he took with me on each visit to make sure I understood everything about my exam and my eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions. When I returned after a number of years away, I was considered a “new patient” and Mark was no longer accepting new patients. I was beyond disappointed! But . . . Now I see Dr. Conner Kapperman, Mark‘s son, and he is absolutely fantastic! I had been experiencing vertigo for two months straight, and my medical doctor recommended that I get an eye exam to rule out any possible issues with my eyesight. Dr. Kapperman identified the problem during my first visit, prescribed special lenses, and changed my life. I have not had an episode of vertigo in over a year! I recommend Dr. Kapperman to everyone who asks!

As a brand new patient, I was honestly blown away by how kind and welcoming everyone at Kapperman McGarvey Eye Group was. Erin immediately set the tone with how reassuring and friendly she was over the phone. Nalini was wonderful helping answer billing questions, and Tammy made the checkout process smooth and genuinely pleasant. Sunshine made me feel completely at ease during the initial testing and pre-exam process. Dr. Conner Kapperman was straightforward, professional, relatable, and extremely easy to talk to. It was obvious he genuinely cared about getting me the best treatment possible for my eye issues, and I truly appreciated being treated like a person instead of just another number. Excellent experience all around, and I’m sincerely grateful for the care and kindness everyone showed me!
