Had a glasses emergency, was on vacation from Cali. Quick google search brought me in wouldn’t ya know it! Got my mess snapped up quick. The wonderful service and friendly smiles only added to the already great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston area!

Recently visiting family in Mt Pleasant, had a mishap, the puppy thought my glasses were a chew toy. Called around to find a solution, no luck finding the frames I needed for the lenses. I spoke to the team at Whitlock, they didn't have the frame however offered to swap out pieces to repair the frames, 10 calls 1 solution offered. I went in they got me up and running in 15 minutes. Customer service above and beyond. I live in NH, but my daughter will be back to Whitlock for her Eye Care. Thank you.

I brought them a pair of sunglasses I was trying to install new lenses into. The frames were giving me a lot of trouble and I accidentally stripped one of the screw holes. They took them in and repaired them at no cost! The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend supporting small businesses and heading there. Thank you!
