I was impressed with both the customer service and the exam. I bought my glasses there and was impressed by the staff. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend this location!

The staff was professional, polite and respectful. I had my new glasses sooner than the date they were promised. I even managed to break my frames within about 3 months of receiving my new glasses. Wylie was able to order a replacement pair that same day, and had the glasses within 3 business days. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of an exam or new glasses.

I had an appt. in November. It is a month later. Now that it's time to order the contacts, the doctor isn't available for two more weeks. I know what contacts I want, but the person I spoke to tells me that I have to get trials again. I ask if I can see another doctor, & the answer is no. I would have to go through the whole process all over again. It will take them almost 2 months to get my contacts. I'm not going back.
