Dont go here. They keep credits on your account and still try to collect. He charges testing separately so he can bill and get more money. He cant keep his office staff, which is a redflag. Seems nice when you meet him but if you complain hes hurting you will get immediately annoyed and be downright hateful. Please go anywhere else. Looked st the disclosures I signed prior to surgery and there was a discrepancy in how much was listed vs how much I paid, when printed out the manager would not give me a refund, instead said she would credit the account and magically my bill was the exact amount if the credit. Just go anywhere else.

In the past when I have gone to an eye doctor for a routine test the glocoma test was part of that routine visit and I didn't receive a bill for it. At Wichita Ophthalmology they file it as diagnostic instead of routine so the cost for that test comes out of your pocket. My insurance said it's up to the doctor on how they want to file it.
Go to a different eye doctor that has it as part of the routine visit. Everyone should be checked for glocoma, wither you have a family history of it or and I believe it should be filed a routine visit.
I waited 45 minutes for a appointment that he only spent 10 minutes with me. Kind of rude.
