I had the best experience going to Wichita Optometry for all my vision needs. They were quick, thorough, friendly, clean, and relaxing. I got a great deal too! I look forward to my yearly visits.

My granddaughter and I recently had exams here. Both of the doctors we saw were professional and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. He even fixed my glasses that were a little wonky after I took a tumble recently. I didn't ask him to do it, he just offered! Excellent service. We will be back.

Poor customer service. Lady who answered the phone was rude. I have my Aetna information, but did not have my eye Med info at the time of phone call so the they wouldn’t schedule my appointment. Idk if that’s due to her or the office policy, but any other Med office has been able to schedule me and let me call with the extra Info!! What if I didn’t have insurance then would she not be able to schedule me?! I won’t be calling back to schedule.
