I went here after my cornea was scraped, did a follow up and got an updated glasses prescription. Each time I go the wait has been long. The person didn't warn me I now need bifocals?! Or maybe it was a typo. My new prescription seems a little off. Dr. Wiles did seem knowledgeable and helpful on the cornea issue. But I don't plan to go back. With so many options, why settle?

Wiles Eye Center does provide experienced service. What they don't do is stand behind the prices they quote for services, so beware. They recommended a service which they repeatedly told me would cost me $500. I agreed to said service and immediately paid the $500 and had the procedure done. Few weeks following, I received an invoice for $489. I sent two written letters which were never acknowledged and then finally I went in personally to ask them about this balance. They simply came back and said there is nothing we can do. Of course at this point it leaves me no choice but to pay the amount to save credit as I had no other recourse. I immediately cancelled all future appointments and will never do business with them again because they are not honest and do not stand behind what they say.
