Dr. Bill and his staff are just wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and patient and explains everything so well. Great selection of frames as also.

The doctor is a fine example of skill and knowledge, many of the staff are a cut above the rest, however quality control over getting what you need, or getting the product you ordered has opportunity for improvement. To their credit, even if it takes two or three visits, they do make everything right, and at someone else’s expense, not yours.

Dr. Riedel is wonderful, thorough, and very professional. I was quickly seen. He was very attentive and made sure he answered all of my questions. The staff is also wonderful. Skip going to the big box place next time you’re getting an eye exam and glasses and give this place a try! Worth checking out for sure!

Very happy new client here. I stopped in after being done wrong by Lenscrafters who canceled our appointment without telling us. I was on hold with another optometrist so long I just drove here (still on hold) to see in person if they took pur insurance. Not only did they accept our insurance, but Dr. Riedel squeezed my son in right away for an eye exam as he had a few minutes between appointments. He made my son feel at ease about needing glasses and we were in and our very quickly. The receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn't catch was friendly and efficient. They made everything so easy compared to other places!

Was told eyewear would take up to ten days . Then told fourteen days . Took twenty . Very disappointed . Then they lied and said insurance didn’t cover . I notified insurance company and they called to verify coverage . Worst experience ever had . Will never deal again . Be careful because I felt they tried to take advantage of elderly .

I have gone to many other places for eye exams and glasses in my life time. I went to Dr. Riedel's father when I was young. I needed a good place to go to for my family and I remembered this. I looked him up and realized that his father retired. I decided to give this office a try. I am pleased to say that we are very happy and wouldn't change. They take my husband's insurance, which is a help. My child has special needs and they are all so good with her. It is an office of wonderful,friendly people and they give each individual great care. In this fast paced world it is nice to go to someone who takes the time to treat each person with great care. We will be going to Dr. Riedel for many years to come. Thank you Dr. Riedel and your wonderful staff too.

Was told glasses were going to take 2-4 weeks. It didn’t come then, it came in just 1 week! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I absolutely love it here, I have been a customer for well over 15 yrs, and I am looking forward to 15 more years to come!!!

Quick service. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in 30 mins. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been having an optician fit me for glasses. I have never not been fitted before so that was a first, but it was still a good experience.
