I have recently started to see Dr Khurgin at Eye exams Frisco, it’s in the mall on the top level conveniently right beside Lens Crafters, I originally went there for convenience, I now keep returning because the Dr. I see is so thorough and professional. All of the staff there are great and the process is quick and efficient.

Absolutely 💯percent on every single aspect ‼️ Front desk very knowledgeable and helpful moreover, discount for my prescription helped tremendously. Thank you so much🙏 Dr Pearson OD. treated me like family and explained everything regarding my eyes health. Feel much better that I know my long term vision goals.

This place has great reviews and I’m confused why. For me it was an extremely overstimulating experience. Everyone was nice, but I felt extremely rushed through the process to the point where I question the quality of care and validity of results. I’ve also never had someone open my eyelids for me to take the photos of the optical nerve - this really put me over the edge. The assistants doing the preliminary tests, did a poor job at explaining what is happening and which machines you are on. Keep in mind- I’m not autistic. So if this is something you have, I would discourage you from going here. The whole thing was overstimulating and rushed.

Staff was patient, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Khurgin was great and far more thorough than other optometrists I have seen. Highly recommended!

My experience with Dr. Khurgin was exceptional. I have found it challenging to find an optometrist that felt like I was not just a 5 minute exam and out the door to the next. She was so very thorough and took her time with me. She even took the time to work with me to find a better contact option for my eye and I had been in an older model for several years and had issues with prior trials. I explained what my concerns were and she took that information and matched me with a much better option for my eyes. I am so happy with my experience here, my husband has also seen her as well. I highly recommend this clinic for personalized care. I hope she stays here for years to come!

I truly enjoy going to this office. I have met with various doctors and they have all been top notch. The front staff is great, on time, and efficient with the check in process. It is also conveniently located right next to a Lens Crafters.

Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Based on my experience, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional eye care. I use Dr. James A. Williams, O.D. every year for my annual eye exam. He's very knowledgeable and he remembers all of his previous patients. Good, smooth, easy eyes exams without any problems getting into and out of this office; 2nd Floor right outside Macy's next to Lens Crafters in Stonebriar Mall. Dr. “B” is an excellent eye doc in every sense. Great w/ examination and getting your script right! I have really poor eyesight and he has been terrific with me, great bedside manner and has recommended specialists for my cataract surgery. I have been seeing him for a few years. He really is the best!!!

Dr. Jones took the time to examine my eyes carefully and went over all of his findings in detail. He even tested again for glaucoma because the first test came back with a little high pressure. The second set of test came back OK.

Unprofessional front desk/admin staff. Rude customer service commenting on and about patients via messages to their Dr and interesting to see what was said about you while you’re in Dr office as the chats are open on dr screen. Worst services, products and hard to obtain proper information. Train staff to be professional or hire professionals to handle patient care and information. Until changes are made, Not worth wasting your time and money.

Dr Alisha Khurgin was awesome ! Spent time explaining her findings and making sure specialist appointments were set up. Office staff were so nice.

“Eye Exams" in Frisco is quick to tell you that a missed appointment will cost you $25-$40. But Dr. Alisa Khurgin? She has no issue letting you show up on time, endure the full battery of annoying tests and scans, then marinate for 35 minutes in their smelly waiting room… only to be told she’s running late and is going to lunch next, and therefore needs to reschedule. Yes, "LUNCH" was the reason I was told they would have to reschedule. So now I get the joy of rescheduling and repeating all those delightful tests—because heaven forbid they carry over to another day. Maybe Dr. Khurgin can squeeze in a quick YouTube tutorial on basic patient courtesy between bites. In the meantime, she owes me $25. Bon appétit, Doc.
