The doctor was rude to me and the entire experience felt more like a car dealership/ upsell rather then an eye doctors office. Suggesting unnecessary and expensive procedures, even when told no. I finished my appointment here and left to go to LensCrafters for my frames and had a much better experience with their team.

I have been using Williams Eye Works for years for me & my sons. Such an amazing staff. This is the best eye store on Staten Island. I've been going to this family owned business for years. It's always a positive experience. I recently had new lenses made for a 20+ Year old eyeglass frame and they not only did what I paid them for, the lenses, but fixed the frame so it sits tightly on my face again without me asking them. That's only the kind of service you get from a family owned and operated business. I'll continue to use them for all my eye needs.

Ryan Williams is the most amazing person and Optician. My family and I have been using Williams Eye works for years. I moved to Long Island last year and I had gone to a local guy out here so as not to have to travel 3hrs to repair my glasses. I needed a repair, so the Optician that I went to out here had never seen the type lenses that Ryan had given me . I told him they were state of the art and if he could duplicate them...He said he could not - I said thanks and walked out! I still use Ryan and Williams Eye Works for Eye exams and Glasses because you wont find anyone better out there. They have state of the art equipment and high quality lenses. They are worth the drive!!

Absolutely wonderful office. The opticians are all so kind and attentive, Dr. Zelensky is fantastic, he is thorough and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I’ve been to many optometrists and nothing compares to the care that is provided here.

Chris, Ryan, and the entire Williams Eye Works team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of designer eye-wear and can help you find exactly what you are looking for. I haven't been to the store recently, but from other reviews and recent posts on their social channels it looks like they have put some important safety measures in place to ensure the customer experience during COVID-19 is as safe and stress-free as possible. Separately - they've also been great leaders in the community and frequently give back. They're a true neighborhood business that I'm happy to support.

Excellent selection of quality, contemporary frames (unlike online and uncertain manufacturers) and great service. They'll do a courtesy fix for frames which are not theirs. Convenient location and nearby parking.

If you care about your vision I cannot recommend a better place. From the lady in the front who asks you in take questions to the owner they are very involved in the process. The doctor who examines your eyes uses multiple machines to not only test your vision but the overall health of your eyes. He truly cares about the health of your eyes and vision and what contact lenses accommodate your lifestyle. The exam was thorough. The owner has extensive experience in recommending eye glasses which is important to me since my prescription is very high and regular glasses not only look unattractive but can be hard to get use to. As someone who hasn’t used glasses in years and solely uses contacts I got the pair he suggested and have not taken them off. I’m so happy I found this place. The glasses were also ready next day. Great and efficient service and experienced people.

Wow what a great experience here on Staten Island.I would suggest going here for anyone with eye care needs. The employees were super knowledgeable and are licensed optometrists waiting to help you. My family members have been going here for years and now i know why. They are much different then every where else i walked into. Just want to thank them again.

I accidentally sat on my father’s glasses and one of the arms came off. I decided on this place based the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Chris took care of us in less than 10 mins and didn’t even charge. I’ll definitely be back here when I need a pair, the service was great!
