Had to bring a friend in for procedure I was designated driver. It’s over 3 hours before They even took him in for the procedure. now I’ve just been notified after one and a half hours of being in preop they are now performing surgery that is more than 4 1/2 hours since we’ve arrived. Something is seriously wrong here and not even an apology given.

This place is a disgrace. The scheduling is horrible. You can expect the be there in minimum of 3 to 4 hours. They have no respect for their patients time. I arrive early for my appointment expecting that there would be some waiting. I was there for almost 2 hours When finally, I asked them how much longer. And she said oh, maybe another 30 minutes. Mind you that there weren't many people in the waiting room. And they hardly came out to take people in the back. Finally, the Tech came back. Took me to the Back to do some tests. And then told me to wait in the waiting room. An hour later, I still had not been seen by the doctor. Finally I left. I took a date off, drove a hour away to sit in their waiting room for nothing. Fortunately, my situation is not urgent so I will be going elsewhere. But I feel bad for those who really needs their services. What's sad is when I spoke to the reception She told me oh our appointments are always at least 3 hours. We're always behind. Knowing this, Why schedule someone for a time You know, they won't be seen. Reading the reviews, it seems this is a common trend. Wills you really need to do better.

All those complaining about not respecting their time are off base. This hospital is world class and while appointments can take the better part of a day (even when arriving early), you get fantastic care in return. Other doctors wanted to remove my mother in law's eye, and they are saving it along with completely taking care of the cancer. Don't you think that's worth waiting a little while for?
