Their customer service ( in person AND WHEN U CALL THEM ) is so bad. First they are incredibly rude. I called three times for them to hang up on me as soon as I said hi. After a lady finally “helped” me, she was incredibly rude and hung up. Terrible. There’s only one person in there that was really nice. I understand that it might be busy at times but that gives you no excuse to be rude.

This place (Fashion District) is terrible. I assumed because it was Wills Eye, I would have an overall good experience but I did not. Terrible! After I left with my son, I get a bill for $200 that I don't know what for. I paid about $150 up … More

The store is bright beautiful, clean. Had a large selection on hand. I had a good experience. Brian who helped me order my glasses was a Professional, Very courteous, kind. He also smelled good like Heaven, like really good. I thanked him for the great experience.
