I love coming here to Wilmington Eye. Why? Because the staff here are very friendly and caring. Especially Doctor Hilary Cox, for it has been my personal experience to witness her very kind and compassionate care that she shows towards not just myself, but to all who she comes in contact with. I also would like to give a shout out to Taylor sorry I don’t know her last name but she is so nice and funny. I enjoy the time we share prior to administering my field vision test. Full of laughter and talkative. If you’re looking for good and caring place to have your eyes examined I recommend this place. You won’t go wrong. Five plus stars in my book. Job well done everyone. It was nice to see that the clinical staff was very patient with the trainee. Allowing her to have a hands on experience, I appreciate that. Dr. U. Was excellent as always, very personable. The front desk intake was a lot more pleasant at this visit, verse my experience a couple of weeks ago when I accompanied my elderly relative for her visit. She felt disrespected and badgered by both of the employees at front desk, because she had a balance. It was not good customer service. Elderly people don't like being confronted about their business in front of others. I recommend a retraining for front desk staff, they lacked sensitivity. They need to display courtesy. For that visit I would have given WE no ⭐ Thank you

Excellent service everyone was so professional. My check in went smooth and all my insurance information was explained to my understanding. My technician Emily took very good care of me, very beautiful person. Dr. Muncy was very thorough in her examination, she explained things so I understood the medical terms. My appointment went as scheduled. Great practice.
