The African American receptionist in Scott's Hill was so rude to me and my husband, that of he did not need the eye appointment so bad we would have canceled his upcoming surgery. They were trying to collect more than we owed and when we tried to explain we were treated like stupid trash. We however will be having his second surgery somewhere else. What happened to decent customer service?

The office staff is always friendly. Dr. Kelly has awesome bedside manner. She takes the time to explain things and offer reasonable solutions. The wait times are also minimal. Wilmington Eye is great!
