Grace was absolutely outstanding. She is professional, kind, friendly, thorough, patient and accommodating. My only reason for a 4 star review is that I was there for 2.5 hours which I feel is excessive. I was on time for my 1:30 appointment and left at 4pm. I did ask for a quick restroom break but that took 2 minutes.

I use to go to Wilmington Eye in Wilmington before the Leland/Brunswick Forest location opened. This new location is so large and spacious. Service was thorough, professional and timely. I stopped going to the Wilmington office because the wait was getting ridiculous. They would call me after a long wait, put me in a room and 30-40 minutes later the doctor would show up. I would be livid. Why not just leave me in an open area until the doctor is ready instead of being stuck in a small lonely room. Also, I complained about eye irritation and they could not find out what was bothering g me. I went to My Eye Doctor and they told me that the medication makes eyelashes grow and they were growing wild into my eyes. Wow, they did t know that. So far so good with the new location. Out with the old and forward with the new. Thank you Wilmington Eye Leland location.

This is a wonderful new office. I have been a patios Dr. Fuchs for about 5 years and with Wilmington eye for over 10 and I’m very happy for their brand new facility in Leland. The staff is very caring and attentive and always ready to assist.
