Everyone was exceptionally, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. With each step level that I went through with my visit was handled with the utmost professionalism. I wish I could send a lower rating. What a cluster. I had a problem with my eye due to some surgery out of state. After 3 weeks, calling them, being told I need a referral, being told they hadn't received it, calling my doctor out if state to confirm, making out the online form they still have no record showing any of this. It was their form! Incompetence, unprofessional, lackadaisical staff. No thanks

MUCH better compared to last year. Each young lady I encountered asked if they were pronouncing my last name correctly. They all did because they all took the time to read my name correctly prior to seeing me. My approved VA Community Care paperwork was in order this time so my check-in went very smooth. I was reminded that my VA approval would need to be updated prior to my next appointment. Thank you. My 10 AM appointment which I arrived 20 minutes early for was delayed by 20 minutes with no explanation or apology. If I were late for my appointment by 20 minutes I'm sure I would have been reminded of my tardiness.
