Today was my first time at Wisconsin Vision. I was able to book an immediate appointment 2 days ago. My vision has drastically changed the last few months and was concerned and needed a place that could help me as soon as possible. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. Tracy was amazing and walked and talked me through everything. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very pleasant. I was not rushed during the test, the exam or the fittings. The Dr was also great and explained what to expect with the new trial contacts and glasses. With the vision change all of a sudden it would take a few days to get use too. I know I'm off to a good start if I can actually do this review without struggling! Thanks for be thorough , friendly and professional. I can't wait for my call that my glasses and contacts are in and thanking Tracy and the wonderful staff again.

I've had more than a few interactions with this location. My first were the purchase of contact lens which were my first time ever wearing them. At that time the staff was amazing they took a lot of time working with me to make sure I knew I how to put them in and take them out . Subsequently, I ordered a pair of glasses and went in at that time & again customer service was great. Well when my glasses came back they weren't what I expected so they sent them back. At that time I asked about getting another set of contact lens just to have as a back up in case something happens to my glasses again I would have a back up to help me with my vision. Staff said that I had another free pair of trials available and that he was ordering them on that day which was October 14, 2023. He stated that they should be ready in less than a week for sure before my glasses would be. So, I waited a week didn't hear anything so I waited an additional 3 weeks which was around the second week in November and then I called the store and was told by staff that my contacts were not in and that they would contact me when they come. I waited another four weeks and called the store back on December 1,2023 and was told by the staff that they never order my last pair of trial contacts. I was like what! The lady said yeah you don't have anymore trials to order? I was furious because if that was the case why recommend them to me on October 14 then assured me weeks later that they would call me when the contacts came in. I called corporate spoke with Sara on December 1st told her what happened she said that she would look into and call me back on Tuesday December 5, I have yet to hear from Sara. I called her several time and left voice messages. instead she pushed my complaint off to Adam and he left some strange voice message to cover up the lie that was told to me by him and his staff at Wisconsin Vision. I'm just going to say this Management is not the same anymore Corporate leadership can care less about customer satisfaction and customers are not Wisconsin Vision priority at 108th and Lincoln I can't speak for all location but for sure this one I will never return.

I always have a great experience here! They are always quick and polite when adjusting my glasses. When getting my own exam I mentioned some vision concerns I had with my 5yr old, they got her set up with an appointment to address the concerns quickly. Tracy is wonderful, loves helping you pick a good pair of frames to fit your vibe. She’s the best! I’ve worn glasses since I was a child, been to a lot of eye doctors, this Wisconsin Vision is the best!
