Yesterday, I found myself without glasses. My left lens fell out owing to a screw having popped out from my frame. I went to Wisconsin Vision on East Washington here in Madison. Sonia offered to repair my glasses, and boy, did she do a stand up job. Her repair demonstrated dedication, commitment, and professionalism with a friendly touch. She spent the better part of 15 minutes on what turned out to be a challenging repair. She replaced the original screw with a new one, which she installed with a degree of expertness that impressed me. I left impressed and thankful. Sonia saved the day. She is to be commended for her friendly attitude, her professionalism and her dedication to craft. If you need new glasses, or repair on your present glasses, I strongly recommend you pop into Wisconsin Vision East. Amazing staff! I was in need of quick minor repair (totally not reflective of the high quality of my glasses) to my glasses purchased from this location 3 years prior. And while busy and juggling multiple client/customer I observed a member of the staff provide each customer with his full attention and care. My glasses we're repaired promptly on site that day. And I wish I could remember his name, to give him the credit that is due. Was working Wednesday Oct. 18th I believe his name started with A D or B or something like that. As a former retail manager I would have been lucky to have someone like this on my team.
