This was my first time going to the Third Ward location and I have found my forever eye doc and glasses shop. The doc was great, and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout out to Nada. She was helpful, honest, patient, and so easy to work with. I felt very confident in the glasses her and I picked out for me. Loved my experience!

Big shout out to Nada for being so helpful and kind!! My daughter needed her glasses fitted because she ordered new ones while home on her fall break back in Michigan. We stopped into the Wisconsin Vision store down in the Third Ward to see if they would be able to help us out since we hadn’t purchased the glasses from them. It wasn’t a problem at all. Nada welcomed us into the store and made sure they fit perfectly before we left. Exceptional customer service!

Everything went so well for my first visit. The eye exam itself was straightforward and easy. Picking out my glasses went smoothly, especially because of Isabell’s help. She had me try on many pairs she thought would look good and was honest about each one. I was confident with the two pairs I picked out because of that.
