I just wanted to say Thank You to Ashton for all of her wonderful help with getting me set-up with new glasses. I have needed to get new glasses for a while and she made great frame recommendations, explained the options and overall was very informed and made my experience pleasurable. Great Job!

I live three hours away and I still choose to come down and come here. I love this place. Ashton and Carlos are so welcoming. They explain things in such a nice manner and they really make the environment amazing! Such great customer service! So grateful for the staff! Thank you!

I had a great experience with the staff. Every individual here was friendly with me from the moment I set foot into the building. Carlos also offered to clean my current pair of glasses for me and tightened the frame without me even asking, very thoughtful individual. 5/5 would recommend to anyone! No one was aggressive or trying to push sales, and they were honest with me when I was deciding on the right pick for frames - in my case, they told me that a frame option that costed $170 looked best when matched up against ones that were $200-220 each. I greatly appreciate honesty like that!
