I had a dispute with them and instead of handling it professionally and accurately the guy put me on hold and went to lunch. I was left on hold for 15 minutes and after I found out he went to lunch I requested to speak to the manager, whom was worse than him, refusing to acknowledge his mistake and incompetence and giving him reason. All they want is to sale their eye glasses for hundreds of dollars and if you try to buy elsewhere and just use their eye exam services they will make it difficult for you, doesnt matter if its for a child like my case, they dont care. They just want money.

Usually everyone is nice. I've been going to this place since 1997 if not earlier than than and never had such bad experience nor anyone being so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to me like Andrea. Had no patient to accommodate me as a a patient/customer that comes seeking the services. Didn't let me finish my sentence and hung up on me. People like her should not on the front like helping customers. You cannot call what she does help/assist.

I recently had an eyewear shopping experience at Wise, and I was truly impressed by the quality. I've been wearing glasses for years, but I’ve never received such clear and informative service. Marcelo and Helena assisted me, and they provided so much valuable information about my glasses and lens options, more than I had ever received before. I will definitely return to update my prescription every year with them, and I highly recommend Wise to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get their glasses.

Very fast, professional service with the experience and knowledge that I would expect. One of the better optometrist here that I have been to. It's never too busy here and there for I have never had to wait for service. Walk-ins are possible and I was seen immediately after arriving for my first meeting without having an appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area, being a new customer or first time checkup or exam. Children should have an easy first time experience as well, as far as I could imagine, as the service members here seem very friendly and welcoming. There is a large, clean waiting area and a large selection of products and other services to view. Located in a shopping center with ample parking at all times of the day.

I took my 6-yr-old to have an eye exam. The optometrist was really great and patient with her. My daughter sobbed about needing glasses while we were picking out frames and the staff were incredibly kind and patient. Also a very clean office with convenient hours. We ended up getting two pairs (back-to-school sale) and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend them.
