Love this place. Been going here for years. When I walk in, everybody greets me with a smile and they remember me and my whole family. It’s like a little reunion every time I go in. And they are very good at what they do

Doc Wishnow is wonderful! I took one of my daughters to him and scheduled a second appointment for my other daughter. The wait was about a month but I decided to wait since Dr. Wishnow is so charming.
Joel, the front “manager” failed completely. I made an appointment in person the day I took my first daughter, and confirmed the appointment at a later date (also in person picking up glasses).
When I show up to my and my daughter’s scheduled appointment Joel stated our appointment had be canceled because we did not confirm.
I provided my full name, email and phone number when I scheduled the appointment and I did not receive ANY contact (email or text) to confirm or make any changes to my appointments.
Joel claims that the reason to cancel two appointments was due to lack of confirmation. I waited a month for these appointments and I felt furious that they were cancelled without my knowledge or consent.
As a working parent I do not appreciate my time being wasted and Joel did NOTHING to help remedy the situation he created. Then he had the audacity to mansplain the situation over the phone. Since he was redundant in his mansplination I ended the conversation and took my eye care needs elsewhere.
If you choose this place, make your appointment with anybody except Joel.
Make sure you call, email, and text to confirm before showing up and getting canceled by Joel!

The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Dr.Sugar was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the examination. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. I left feeling confident about my eye health, thanks to the comprehensive and accurate assessment. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a vision check!
