World Optic is the only company I know of that will add nose pads to plastic frames, and they do a great job! The shipping is fast and free, and the price is very reasonable. I have used them for several years, and am always very pleased.

lack of communication, didn't fix the frame and overcharged

Ray called me to understand the situation. He explained why my order wasn't fulfilled as requested and all the consequences. He offered me a discount on my next order. I am willing to use their service again and appreciate that they take customer feedback seriously and try to solve problems.

I sent my basic frame from PairWear to them to add nose pad inserts. They turned out fantastic! I've had them now for several months and the inserts are holding up great.
