The unprofessional guy at the desk doesn’t follow the HIPPA laws. Stop telling patients about other patients and their medical information. What is wrong with you?

Dr Mimi Le is so kind and patient. Spends lots of time explaining what she is doing and what issues you may have. Will recommend to her to people that have optometrist needs

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Got there and wouldn’t even let my 6 year old in without a mask then restroom was closed even to customers then to top it all off there was 2 people ahead of us and our appointment was at 4! So we left and will not be back. Pretty sad when you won’t allow a child to use the restroom who is already in your facility and has been screened. If we are good enough for you to take our money for the vision test then we should be good enough to use your restroom!

I'm very happy with Dr. Le, the staff and my glasses. It made my trip to CO visually pleasant.

Dr. Lee, the optometrist, is very nice. Her office help, ... not so much. The eyeglass store has a $78 sale for 2 pairs, once you add the quality thinner lens and anti glare 1 pair is over $300 😮 …

Dr. Lee is extremely patient and very personable, she did an amazing job getting my prescription right. I've used her for several years.

I have terrible vision, and I have frequented several optometrist due to availability,hours, and customer service. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lee, many times throughout the years. She is very kind and thorough, and her staff is as well. Getting an appointment today, when I urgently needed one- was a breeze to get in and out! Thank You!! (and they are open Saturdays!)

Was told when I scheduled the eye exam our insurance was accepted. This was confirmed 2 days before appt and then we arrived we were told our insurance want accepted. We were then quoted a price for an exam and was charged more after the exam was complete.

Mimi Le the Optometrist is wonderful!

Mimi is great with kids. Low rating is due to billing issue. I was confirmed by receptionist right before walking in to see Mimi that due to insurance, my out of pocket would be zero. As soon as I got out, the same receptionist told me I owed $110. When I refused to pay that amount, they kept calling me, threatening to send me to a collection agency. Plenty of great optometrists in Tyler to deal with this kind of poor customer service.

Very professional and respectful staff and they get you in quick! And very much appreciate the Saturday hours, which a lot of offices do not have.

Always get us in quick, super friendly and helpful, and big selection. To top that, ordering replacements with them couldn't be easier.

My mother and I went in yesterday as walk in to see if they could help us out, from the moment we walked in the front desk was very rude, we asked if they accept walk ins and she said she would see if it was possible, after almost 15 minutes she comes back and says no walk ins were accepted, that only was done by an appointmen. We follow to ask her to make us an appointment for the following day, on where she rudely grabbed a business card and said, "yall can call tomorrow and make an appointment" very rude and unprofessional. Something has to be done world vision center.
