Very positive experience. Dr. Wrigley was kind, approachable, and patient with a great sense of humor. She was in good spirits despite seeing back to back patients before me. All I was looking for was a provider who doesn't take their stress out on the patient, and I found one! She is very knowledgeable and this practice has all the latest technology. I put my eyes in three different machines and she explained clearly the results of each one. I highly recommend Dr. Wrigley!
Additionally, they pronounced my name wrong, I corrected them, they apologized and made a note so when the doctor called me out she pronounced it write. My first name and address were also spelled incorrectly on my paperwork and when I called to correct them, they were nice about it.

Went here for over a decade then they started the mandatory test fees others mentioned which left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally they fought me on just getting a script copy so I could shop around for glasses which was annoying. What really set me over though was watching the staff convince an elderly woman to open a care credit account and spend her whole approved $900 on glasses and frames. I was sick. I heard the whole conversation and it was very predatory with them telling her to just get everything upgraded and top of the line so she could use the whole credit amount. While I like supporting local practitioners, this is not a place I feel comfortable returning to. FWIW I went to a mainstream vision place this year and spent $400 less than I was used to spending at Wrigley due to their fees.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office. The receptionists were incredibly curt and unhelpful and insisted I sign up for “mandatory” additional eye screening, that I was then up charged $40 for. Will not be returning, I have no idea how these guys are still in business.
