This is worst place to be if you doesn't have time but if you do you can go , otherwise you'll be sitting in waiting room for over 3 hours .100 people in the waiting room big waste of time.These dr meed to start paying people for their time instead.

This is just another huge corporate machine. The wait time is absurd they are only concerned with billing!Goto a local independent and be treated like you matter. There was 15 people in each waiting room both lobby and back waiting area. I walked out could not waste anymore time waiting . Oh by the way if they could fit anymore articles about themselves on the wall I would be shocked focus on patients not money. The New Haven office is even more ridiculous come in have the techs do all work never see a doctor and then they schedule a zoom visit with a doctor who has not looked at your chart until you are on a zoom call.
