I've been going here for quite a few years now, and I have nothing but good things to say! Staff is friendly, Dr. Young is professional and polite. Great glasses, great prices, great service. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all questions and concerns. I also love how you can donate your old glasses there.

I have been going to Dr. Young for at least 20 years minimum, and my prescription has always been spot on. I absolutely love going to him. The front office staff Megan & Cecilia are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Young.

I’ve been going to Dr. Young for many years now. He’s a great optometrist and I’ve never had any problems with him regarding the care he provides. However, it seems that the front desk staff is constantly changing and I find that concerning. At my most recent appointment, I was quoted one amount from one of the receptionist and a different amount from the other receptionist. It is clear to me that they are not on the same page and still have some things to work out in the office. I found myself very frustrated to be quoted a higher amount than usual as to what I was expected to pay due to improper training. Thankfully the other receptionist was able to check me out appropriately or I’d otherwise would have paid $70 more than what I had to pay. This situation and the lack of glasses options will likely result in my family going elsewhere for our optometry needs in the future.
