Been going here since I was a child. The quality of the glasses has definitely declined, I’ve had 2 pairs of glasses break in the same exact spot. One of them fell apart on my face and the other one was slowly breaking, the screws where the legs of the glasses are constantly lose. Not too mention the hours at this place suck and if you are a women you have to be prepared to get catcalled before you walk in the door. These glasses are horrible, I wish I never stepped foot into this building. Extremely small and crowded and once again the quality of these glasses are horrible.

The only good eye doctor that they have there is Dr Polozanis he is the best and the only reason why I go there for my eye exams..

Its a great place, very nice customers and Let us take our time to choose what glasses we want!!

I have been going to Your Eyes of New Britain for many years.

The team at Your Eyes always does a great job with helping me pick out frames and making sure everything is correct with the prescription. They have a good selection of frames to choose from.

This is a useless office.why should I wait 40 minutes just for picking up glasses.Horrible service.Won't waste my time coming here.I wish I could give zero rating

Extremely nice staff, but unfortunately due to communication issues you will be waiting for your prescription for weeks/months. I have to constantly call to check in to see if they arrive and days will pass my prescription will be there and no one calls. Very highly unsatisfied. Should of stocked with Walmart. Not worth the hassle.

I had a great experience. Doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. All the assistants are great very helpful. A good selection of glasses as well that are very reasonably priced.

Can't believe there an office in US do this to their clients especially if it's medical office, could you imagine they told me 5 to 7 days the glasses will be ready and they will call me, after 10 days i called them it was not ready now it's a month no one called me, My mam is already traveled overseas and her glasses still in the office! This is the worst never ever ever go there for your time and money.

The sense of urgency in this place is non existent. Definitely stitching somewhere else. I don't want to spend my whole damn day at the eye doctor for a 10 minute visit!!

They tell you different thing every time you come they going to do something and change it wen you there they solve 50 percent of you’re Problems

My wife went there pregnant and the womens that did the check up start talking aboute her pregnacy and the doctor to she came home craying if they have a descrimination with pregnant women let us know ween making a appointment first and last wee will be going there

Never coming back here again. Had my exam seen the doctor. Then he tells me to go pick out glasses and he'll be right there. 30 minutes and nothing. Everybody just keeps walking by me not even trying to help!!

The Dr. while conducting the exam treated me arrogantly. I had a lot of problems with my recipe.

Terrible place i highly do not recommend. I was having severe eye problems where none of the glasses they would proscribe to me where working, i had massive headaches and deteriorating vision at a rapid pase. What was suppose to be a simple diagnosis for any eye doctor turned into 3 different appointments very very far apart from each other. In every appointment it would be the same result every time. the eye doctor would be VERY impatient (if you had any problem that would take them longer than 5 min to solve they would become angry at you as if you where waisting there time with your eye problems)after 5 Minutes of bearly trying to figure out whats wrong with your eyes they would say "dont know whats wrong with your eyes make another appointment at the front desk maybe next time we can figure it out" and the process would repeat it self. That happened for 3 appointments in a row (6 month period) till i got tired of the doctors not caring and being impatient and i went to a completely different eye doctor and SURPRISE SURPRISE they figured out what my problem was within 5 minutes of my appointment. Conclusion= terrible eye doctors,they are very impatient beacuse of the fact the place is ALWAYS over crowded to the point where there is nowhere to sit,so the eye doctors feel the need to have to rush every appointment as fast as they can to keep up with the amount of people. if this place would scale down on the amount of people they book for appointments a day,they would easily fix this massive problem

I've been a patient/customer for more than 20 years. My children grew up getting their exams and glasses there . The service was and still is excellent. Employees and doctors were and still are helpful and caring. They are in popular demand, so be patient. They will take care of you. Check out the sales for frames. The doctors that work there are knowledgeable but they make u a appointment at a certain time and expect you to wait for hours after. Its constantly packed as well

The staff are not helpful at all, the eye doctor seemed very impatient. Not a place I would recommend at all.

terrible experience. I went for a regular eye exam and I told the doctor that because I read too much my eyes hurt sometimes. He said that everything was good and that I just need glasses to help me when reading. He gave me a prescription for glasses and samples of artificial tears drops. the same day I put these artificial tears to see if it helps but the day after I got up with a swollen eye that I could barely open. when I checked the eye drops they were already expired. it was the weekend so I got to go to a walk-in clinic and they said that I had an infection. On Monday I went back and explained what happened to me because of the expired eye drops. she did not even apology, she just told me the doctor is not here today can you come back tomorrow. It was the first time that I got over there and it's definitely the last one.

One appointment turned into 3. Extraordinarily expensive glasses. Was told an extra $189 just to eliminate the line on progressive lenses. I purchased my own elsewhere complete with progressive lens, brand-name frames, UV coating, scratch resistant, anti-glare and all the other features for $27. No way with insurance glasses should cost this much.
