This office is very busy, but the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. While long wait times can make patients anxious, the team remains polite and attentive when providing updates. The technician who checked my eye pressure took the time to listen to my concerns, used numbing drops, and allowed them to fully take effect before proceeding. Because of that, the process was completely comfortable and pain-free. The technician who performed the dye test was also very gentle, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Eddie is kind, takes time to answer my questions, and encourages me to stay on track with managing my blood sugar. Although my condition can feel overwhelming at times, I’m truly grateful for the care I receive at SW Retina Specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Ysasaga.

Love Dr Eddie, but sat in the office for almost 4 hours and finally left, as did others. My time is important and I would have appreciated being treated like a valued patient instead of a stockyard animal. I'd rather drive four hours total and be seen in a timely manner than sit waiting for 4 hours.

We absolutely love Dr. Eddy and all the staff. My mom has been going to him for 14 years, and we couldn't ask for better!!!
