For the love of God, update your business hours when you close early. Nothing like planning your day around going there after work to order an emergency pair of glasses for the ones that just broke, only to see a sign on the door indicating they’re closed an hour early today. “Sorry for the inconvenience” written on the sign doesn’t exactly make up for the, you know… inconvenience of driving there. Thanks for nothing. 👍🏻

Zilliox used to be the best. I have been sitting here for 40 minutes while they try to bill my insurance for contacts. The woman has said, "I do not know how to do this...". This is craziness and pure torture. Finally, after 35 minutes, she asked for assistance. After everything, they told me the incorrect price which I noticed. Also, a spider crawled up my arm - not their fault but further added to the torture if this place.

I'm am so pleased and happy I kept my appointment for today 10/25/19. In the past year or so, I have been to two different optical places and was dissatisfied. However, after reading several reviews and how Old School they were, I decided to take a chance on making an appointment. It was the best experience ever. The Doctor took his time, explained in details my examination and the entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable! Can't wait for my glasses to arrive.
