Previously I thought the doctor did a great job and the people who help with eye glasses do a great job. Today however an appointment I thought was at 10:45 was actually at 10:40 and although I walked through the door at 10:49 stupid maumee bridge traffic, (I know because I declined a call when I was standing at the desk at exactly 10:49 ). The lady couldn’t find my file and had to enter my insurance information again and apparently didn’t check me in until 10:53 they then decided to no show me as I was already Checked in and browsing glasses at 10:54 am because there’s technically a 10 minute window. Are you kidding me? ? So make an appointment take time off work to deal with this? My family and I will be going to another office where we’ll be treated with more respect.

Dr. Zysik is very detail oriented and explains things well. My whole family has been seeing him for past 12 years. The staff is warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend the whole practice - the doctor is approachable and knowledgeable, and the staff are lovely and helpful. They are customer focused, positive, and respectful of your time and needs.
