Jasmeet Dhaliwal

Dr. Dhaliwal, a native of Melrose Park with strong ties to Chicagoland (Des Plaines), earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois. Following an internship at the University of Chicago Hospital, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he was honored as Chief Resident and received the Most Outstanding Resident research award. His passion for excellence led him to a Cornea & External Disease and Refractive Surgery fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital & Health System in Michigan, where he conducted significant research published in prestigious ophthalmology journals. 

As a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in Chicago, IL, Dr. Dhaliwal boasts extensive experience, having performed over 20,000 surgical procedures. His expertise spans minimally invasive DSEK corneal transplant surgery, presbyopic and astigmatic correcting intraocular implants, and customized topography-guided LASIK and PRK refractive surgery.
