Dr. Tran and his team are incredibly kind and I am so grateful for everything he has done for my elderly parents. He was incredibly patient with my mother who has dementia and my father who is hard of hearing. It was so clear that he is the kind of doctor that actually cares about his patients and their well-being - not like other doctors who do the bare minimum so they can rush and move on to their next appointment (thus making it more about quantity vs. quality). Dr. Tran was compassionate towards my parents and explained their conditions to me in a way that I could understand. Each of my parents were essentially blind in one eye and could only partially see out of their other eye. I was distraught and heartbroken but we were able to get glasses for my parents in the interim and Dr. Tran referred us to an amazing ophthalmologist. I never would have known about their condition if it weren't for taking a chance on Dr. Tran and Atlas Optometry. My parents never once communicated that they were unable to see. When asked about their vision, my parents just assumed it came along with "being old" and didn't think anything could be done about it. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Tran for his help in restoring my parents' vision and increasing their quality of life. Atlas Optometry doesn't only cater to elderly patients. His office has an array of really stylish frames and I ended up getting my eyes checked and realized I needed new glasses as well. I found a pair of Tiffany's glasses that I really liked but was concerned about the price. To my surprise, not only was Dr. Tran and his team incredibly kind, but the office carried a wide variety of really affordable frames. I love my new glasses! This really is a special place. I wish I had encountered more doctors and places like this while navigating my parents' health. Not to sound too sappy, but you should really check this place out and give them a try. I arrived on time, nurse took me in prepared everything and then Dr Levin made me wait for half an hour before he rushed through the measurements. Didn't like the experience.

I went to Costco (River Point)yesterday for an new contact exam. Dr. Ronald Moses was very professional and thorough. My exam felt very comprehensive but not rushed. I do not have a Costco membership but non-members can get an exam without having to purchase a membership. The exam was $90.00; a very good value for the service I received. I don't have eye insurance but I believe they take insurance. I received my contact prescription with a back up glasses prescription. I did have to go online for my contacts but, I highly recommend Dr. Moses.

I have been coming to Dr Louie for years my whole family comes to see him and never have had a problem. I LOVE the DR, Ms Debbie and Valentina his staff is always very friendly they treat us like family. Dr. Carey Pate is, by far, the best at what he does. He is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We drive 99 miles (one way) every 10 weeks to see him because there is no one else we trust to maintain my mother's eyesight. He has been a Godsend to our family.

I'm going to start off by saying my time is just as important as the doctors and the staff. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment. I got there at 7:25. I was the first person to sign in. Theses days if you are late for an appointment by 15 minutes they either cancel your appointment or charge a fee. At 8:15, I spoke with a front desk to confirm if my appointment time was 7:30 or if I was suppose to be here at 7:30. She confirmed by appointment time was 7:30. By this time about 6 people who came after me had been called to the back to be seen. I waited about 10 more minutes and went back to the desk and advised that I wanted to cancel my appointment and I wanted a refund of my deductible. They proceed to tell me they are in the back setting up and my file is in the back. I advised her to go get it because my time is just as valuable an anyone elses and to sit her for almost an hour is ridiculous. I will never service this office and I will let my optometrist know as well so that she will not do any other referrals to this practice.

My exam was comprehensive and very professional. The people were nice and efficient and the whole process including getting new glasses went smoothly.

The absolute worst experience I had as a first time patient ! Unprofessional and unwelcoming from the beginning. I would not recommend this place at all. O.D. Roman Polishchuk - your bed side manner is deplorable ! The only respectful staff member there was Latin receptionist at the front desk.
