To be fair, I didn't see them in this place. But their system make it extremely challenging to book an appointment. Definitely need to optimize their booking/customer intake workflow.

They recently merged with Boston Vision, where I made my appointment. This place looks like from the 80s. It's so old and dated and overcrowded. I regretted making the appointment here as soon as I entered the building. The doctors there are pushy and plain rude. They use old technology. I wouldn't recommend going there.

Dr Carmen Huang at the lasik vision institute is brilliant, kind, professional and meticulous with her work. I went in for lasik and she performed a thorough exam and even recommended an extra step just to make sure of her findings. I went and had the test confirm she was right!!! she was there from day 1 to the day of my surgery she calmed my nerves made sure I was OK and scheduled my post op. Once in post op another thorough exam and done. She was always available to any questions concerns and made me feel safe. She walk me through step by step of the process. I was in and out so fast. I would recommend Dr. Huang 100000000000 times over. Thank you Dr Huang for being you!

This dr overlooked eye conditions for two friends of mine. One required surgery for torn retina n almost went blind. The other lost sight in one eye. We also learned the doctor n his wife were double billing my friend n his medicare!!! And worse the doctor wrote my friend’s checks for abt $14,000.00 to himself n his wife n family members after my friend was diagnosed with dementia!

This optical center went through many changes in January of 2019, which is why it received negative reviews early on. However, my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Picking out her glasses was quick and easy, then we received excellent customer service curing checkout and again when we picked up her new glasses. (Which she loves!)

I had an eye exam today to change my contact lenses for me. This is the best Optical, best service, and best prices.

The service was terrific...the technician Tami Vitale was outstanding . She was most patient and most helpful in helping me order my new glasses. She is a true asset to your company!!

I needed a new pair of glasses and decided to give My Optical Shop a try. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherill. Sherill was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great frame. Great selection of frames, Loving my new glasses!

I have been going to Dr. Aleo for years. His business is a gem. His staff is so kind and when you walk in they know you by name, your not just a number lost in a busy office. They are so friendly and you are never rushed. Not to mention the prices are reasonable for contacts and glasses. He is so great at what he does that even when I accidentally ripped my last contact and haven't had my next yearly yet he was generous enough to spare an extra until my next appt. I love going to Dr. Aleo!!
