Very happy with my lasik surgery! Dr. Schwartz and his entire team were very nice and explained everything. For those of you considering getting lasik, I highly recommend it. The procedure itself is just a few minutes and really easy. I put off getting surgery for years because I was nervous. There is nothing to be nervous about. I had terrible eyesight and today I can see clearly for the first time in years without glasses. They told me I would still need readers for close up, but I’m typing this review on my phone with NO glasses and I can see fine. Thank you!

I’m extremely happy with my results, the doctors, nurses/techs here at lasik vision institute! It was such an effortless experience. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions! I am day 3 post op and seeing 20/20! And I’m super excited that i decided to do lasik at the vision institute. Pics of myself right before the procedure, there was no pain at all just a small amount of pressure if that during the surgery. Also a pic of me shortly after then of me in NY two days after , seeing fine. Slight haze but that’s normal! It’s totally worth it! The longest part of the process was the consultation maybe if they had more Doctors in the office to do exams it could go faster, that’s my only recommendation! I did have to wait a bit before my consultation. Otherwise the staff were great the surgeon Dr. Swartz (idk if i spelled that correctly) he was great i like that he explained every step during the process and he told me what to expect before we started which helped ease any anxiety. Great experience and now i can see without my giant glasses lol thank you 🙏🏾

Was able to schedule a last minute appointment for contacts. Dr. Kim is excellent, by far one of the most professional interactions I’ve had in visiting an optometrist in a long time. She handled the visit efficiently, with care and made it a breeze. This location is extremely lucky to have Dr. Kim on their team.

So I’ve been to this location 4 times and called them once. The first visit was to get my new prescription. The woman at the desk was on FaceTime with someone the whole time, talking away about nothing in particular. I felt like I was viewed as annoying for even being there, even though I had an appointment. The guy working on the floor was fine, albeit a bit irritated in general. At me? At the FaceTime lady? I am not sure. I didn’t feel welcome. The eye doctor herself was really fantastic though. I felt like she really did a great job narrowing down my prescription, making new suggestions for contacts when I voiced concerns about my previous brand. I did purchase glasses, which was a fine interaction, they weren’t particularly well priced but I didn’t want to go somewhere else at that time. I left feeling like the eye doctor saved my opinion of the business that day. The second time I came in it was just to get my new glasses, nothing unusual except a bit of chaos while looking through the glasses in the back. The third time I came in an hour or so after they opened. I needed to have my glasses adjusted bc they bent out of place slightly. I was told the front desk person was late and the person available to fix my glasses had to finish a phone call before helping me. He did help me, but was clearly flustered. The last time I went in was just for a contact fitting, which was again with the doctor and I left feeling good. The phone call to them was to ask about an estimate for ordering my contacts through them. I was told their system was down and they would have to call me back in an hour, and they took all of my info for insurance. The person on the phone was different than anyone else I have spoken to and seemed really harried. They never called me back. Idk. This place seems really poorly managed. The doctor is great but dealing with all of the issues is just kind of a turn off. You want to feel like you have a competent care team but instead you just have a handful of people who really don’t seem invested. I would bet the chaos comes from the top down, after reading other reviews.

The technician repaired both pairs of my wife’s glasses that had come loose. Great service no charge because we bought them at For Eyes. We highly recommend them.

The previous post is incorrect. The eye doctor mentioned in the post is not an eye doctor with Burlington Eye Care, he is with Burlington Eye Associates. I have been going to Burlington Eye Care for many years now and Dr. Nguyen and his team are always pleasant and professional. I would recommend if you need an eye exam call Dr. Nguyen of Burlington Eye Care.

Dr. Nguyen is very professional, so as their team. I did contact eye exam here and got the new contacts, it is perfect.

The best. Came in with a emergency eye problem and took care of me right away and found the cheapest meds. And I have no insurance

Whenever I come home from an appointment here I tell my wife that she should switch from that eye place in Lexington! I used to go there too, and these people don't make you wait nearly as long! Maybe I'm just lucky, but for an eye exam I am always out after less than an hour. I've also been happy with all the eye doctors I've seen.

Going to this place was a fantastic experience! Fred Bangs who greeted me and help me check in was so sweet and a big help! The Front desk was Amazing Debbie. The Dr.s assistant Kristal was fantastic Awesomeee personality. Dr. Bradley Howerter was so professional and easy to take to, he listened and responded to all my concerns and was wonderful to work with! Thank you soo much for your time and service. The checkout was even fantastic Maureen! Sooo Big Shout out to this wonderful Team. Thank You soo much for making my experience Wonderful and I Look forward to coming back!! HMF

I would not recommend this ophthalmologist at all. I had gotten a prescription from them and then bought glasses with that prescription. Well, I had to return my glasses because they gave me a headache every time I wore them and things looked quite funny. I went to another doctor today and I’m only writing this review because of how outraged I am. I showed them my old prescription, and after my exam the doctor said that the old prescription had the eyes switched. Also, unfortunately Lahey also took 1 month to send my prescription. A series of bad experiences has led me to never return again. I had seen Dr. Besette and 100% do not recommend. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with care and they will not mess up your prescription and waste your money and time!
