Trying to get an appt. is liking pulling teeth. None of techs can make an appointment. The only way to make an appointment is calling. No one seems to ever answer the phone and if you leave a message no one calls you back.

I got my baby Scooby’s (Great Dane and Mastiff Mix) eyes done here because he had a cherry eye in one eye and a cartilage issue in the other. The doctor there explained everything to me in detail (including the risks)and took care of him as soon as I gave the OK. I felt that all the staff were friendly and loved Scooby his surgery was quick (a one day affair) and they did an excellent job! I posted some pictures of him before,a week after we took the cone off and 2 months post opp! My baby is so handsome and a lot more comfortable!

Was able to get a new pair of glasses made within a week of my appointment here. I was lucky to work with Roberta but the whole team provided excellent service.

Says that they see patients for medical visits but apparently they don’t. Despite having concerns for an inflammatory eye issue the doctor said it looks fine and that he should see a primary (which we agree w with) but continues to write a prescription for glasses. And just told him to take Motrin. We don’t trust the glasses prescription because of the eye issue. Regardless, we saw a different optom who prescribed him the drop that he needed and told us not to fill the glasses rx and that we will remeasure once the problem is resolved. Nice doctor but a waste of time and money

My son and I needed to find a new in-network eye doctor and decided to visit Dr. Bolenbaker. His staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. B was great with my son and very thorough in explaining all aspects of the exam.
