Waited an hour for my appointment, after my original time had already been rescheduled. Did not even get in to see the doctor before I had to leave.

This is Monday. Had appointment for Friday afternoon. They called, Dr has an 'emetgency' and can't do Friday. More like won't do Friday because wants to take off early imo! Next appointment available? 8 weeks!!!!!

Very impressed with their professionalism. Karri was AWESOME and could not have been any nicer or more patient with me. I'd give her five stars just on her own. She is VERY knowledgeable and I trust her and her assessment and recommendations. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you need an exam!

The best optical specialists in the current area. The doctor did professionally his work with my kids. We were satisfied. Best and really affordable prices. They have wide choices of frames and optical products and sunglasses and can also perform any service. Also, they helped me with my sunglasses. I picked up mine the next day.

I had been trying to find a Dr and place I liked for a long time and spent a lot of money on glasses I never wore until I found Dr. Sider. Cindy is lovely and helped me find a pair of glasses I actually wear. Last week I got sunglasses and trusted her input 100%. She also makes sure I am getting the best deal between insurance and specials they have at target. Dr. Sider spent so much time helping me find contacts that worked with my presbyopia. She gave me samples and did follow-ups and gave me more samples until I found a solution. She also treated my dry eye with a prescription and advice to keep my eyes in the best health. The doctor was great: very warm and personable, willing to EXPLAIN all she did, clear and comprehensive on her answers. She gave a a comprehensive exam, was obviously good at what she did, and helped me understand what I need done to improve my eyesight health.

Waiting time is too long. Short staff but that does not mean you have the right to waste people time because you are understaffed.

Eh Tha and Hee Nay did an excellent job helping me finding glasses. I was happy with the glasses I chose and the help from them. The environment was friendly and I had a great time talking to the staff. I recommend Modern Eyewear for those who needs glasses/sunglasses. Overall, I was satisfied with their customer services.

I am leaving a review because these glasses not only allow me to see objects clearly, but also because they are very clear. Since it's a new place, I'm leaving a review behind hoping to help. Since it is a new place, I visited it with the hope that they would give me something special. An optician with decades of experience gave me an accurate evaluation of the glasses I was currently wearing. He also gave me an accurate explanation of the glasses that would suit me and my daughter based on his optical knowledge. So far, at other places, they only do vision test, choosing glasses, and adjusting to fit my nose and eyes. However at this place, they even go further and chose the best glasses for me based on the science of glasses and the condition of my eyes. I was very satisfied with the choice of the customized sunglasses I have gotten for the health of my eyes. Out of the many years I've gotten glasses, this place is by far the best.

Highly recommend. Dr. Duss and his staff are very pleasant and professional. I have total confidence in the services provided and was grateful to have been seen and treated so quickly. The quality of care I received was excellent.
