Sent from ER following visit for eye infection. She was professional, efficient and genuinely compassionate. Explained precautions and made sure that I knew how to reach her via on-call number. I wish she was within my plan- she was outstanding.

I have gone to Dr Levine for 10+ years, and find that he is especially good with the nuances of eye care. He gives useful tips, understands how certain health conditions can have related eye issues, and also remembers the specific details of a person's case. Dr Levine also has a kind demeanor, and puts a person at ease. I feel like I am getting comprehensive care during appointments. Highly recommended!!

I've been Dr. Levine's patient for about 10 years. He's professional, experienced and the best optometrist I've had in my life! His front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.

Professional & efficient. Good at listening to me (respectful). VERY punctual - I had a 9:00 appointment & I left the building at 9:38!

Went into the Pearl Vision at Burlington, MA without an appointment to get one pair of glasses fixed that had a broken earpiece. Had really thought the glasses couldn't be fixed and would need to buy a new pair Kendra Cervantes quickly went to task and fixed them for a very low cost. I then asked if she could tighten up a different pair which she discovered both earpieces were broken. She also then fixed them very quickly for a very reasonable price. So I went into PV with two glasses in bad need of fixing and Kendra without hesitation fixed them while I waited just a short time. Thank you so much, Kendra, for the great service!

very welcoming and professional office. Info was explained to me in a way i could actually understand! Happy to have found a new eye MD. Would recommend anyone to see Dr Patel for their vision issues.

Everyone was very helpful. The doctor was awesome and so were the people at the front. The only thing lacking was in a limited variety eyeglasses and sunglasses for large sizes

Everyone was fabulous! Everyone was great with my many questions. They procedure was quick and pain-free. The doctor did great telling me every step he was doing through the procedure. It was definitely an amazing experience going into the room not being able to see much more than a big blur to walking out being able to make out faces. I know not everyone can see perfectly within a day but I could and have been able to see very clearly since that day.
