They were backed up in their line, waited about an hour. But their eye doctor was patient and though she was behind, she took great care and didn't rush my eye appointment.

I love this store!! The ladies were so nice and really listened to what I wanted. They helped me pick out the perfect glasses and went over pricing in detail, before I made my decision!! Awesome!!

Don't go here!!! I have been going here since my family moved to Murrieta in 2004 and after 2 yes, TWO! HIPPA violations I will never go back. The office staff sure knows what HIPPA is but they don't care. They will give out any (and I mean ANY) of your personal information to anyone that calls and knows your name! Then when I informed them about this HIPPA violation they say, "oh well we'll put a note in your file saying that we can only speak to you." Are you kidding me?! Dr. Holstrom makes it sound like he's doing me a favor... No it's YOUR JOB to protect MY personal information!!!! Didn't even get an apology. Don't waste your time, DO NOT GO HERE!! Be smarter than me!

There is one nice lady that works at the optical eye center, the other ladies are extremely rude and don't help at all.

They are awesome. The best Eye Doctor I have ever seen hands down.

I am going out of town and possibly relocating soon and needed to see an optometrist to get an eye exam and some help with an eye problem. I made an appointment at 20/20 Vision in Rochester. I must start off by saying the optometrist was extremely nice and very professional. I would recommend and go back to see him again anytime. On the other hand the blond woman at the reception desk was extremely rude and a complete and total IGNORAMUS. She asked if I wanted to order contact lenses, I said I would but would have to come back when I had the money. I don't have optical insurance and I just don't have $400 dollars to pay for contact lenses right now. I then asked if I could get my written prescription (in case I ended up moving) I would appreciate having it. She looked at me snickered and laughed. Very unprofessional and tactless. I would have given this place a 5-star rating if it wasn't for this obnoxious rude woman helping at the front desk. She is the reason why I will NEVER go back to 20/20 vision in Rochester again!

I have been going to Dr. John Liu for several years now, and I wanted to let everyone know what a great eye doctor he is. He is super friendly and easy to talk to. If you need a good ophthalmologist, I can recommend him wholeheartedly.

I like the open, personal atmosphere... The people there are nice and very personable. The personalized experience makes it more unique instead of just feeling like a chart with patient number 123456 written on it. The doctor is a really nice guy and makes me feel comfortable, but more importantly, he's good at his job and actually listens to me whenever I think something might be relevant.
