I have been going there for years. They have just been brought into the Einstein Group which they had bit of a learning curve using computerized records. This will make them a better provider. I feel they are now fully absorbed and have their act together. Never had a problem with them really. The doctors there are great. I always make an appointment first. Just like every other professional.

My family has been seen by Dr. Ong for years and we wouldn't even think about switching to another doctor. The care we've had has been thorough every time, and most importantly, Dr. Ong always takes the time to explain everything carefully, to answer questions, and to address concerns. The office staff is always courteous, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Ong to anyone seeking eye care.

Dr. Chung is fabulous and so is his staff!! Really and truly some of the best customer service and care I have had at any office. One day, I just showed up because I woke up with an eye issue. He wasn't even in yet and the minute he walked in the door, he took me back and saw me. Wow! Highly recommend this eye doctor!

I dropped my old eye doctor because the support staff at the front desk and over the phone were always so rude. I went to see Dr. Ring for the first time yesterday and immediately saw the difference. From the help over the phone, to the front desk, to Dr. Ring, to the lens selection, everybody I dealt with was awesome! I'm so happy to have found an eye doctor's office that appreciates it's patients. I recommend Tri-City and Dr. Ring wholeheartedly.

Got me an appointment very fast, took care of me fast when I was there, and had great service even while having Walmart prices (I checked) on the appointment and contacts.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It feels like home to me! The staff is caring and personable, and the doctor has a ton of experience. The customer service here is awesome! The staff really seems to enjoy their jobs, and they all work well together. They also see children here. The frame selection is outstanding, and they are always getting new, trendy frames in every week. The manager takes his time getting to know each patient on a personal level, and spends as much time as he needs picking out new frames for each patient. I recommend this medical practice to all of my friends and relatives. They also offer discounts if a patient does not have insurance. I also like that the dilation, retinal photos, and follow-up visits for contacts are all included in the initial exam price.

eye exam is more expensive than Walmart. lens are less than Walmart. frame is better.
