Dr. Ong is an amazing optometrist who truly cares about her patients and the community. My experience at this office has also been very positive and welcoming because of the staff.

You cannot go wrong by being taken care of here. All the people are concerned with your care and act like it. Love the people and the doctor here is the greatest. Make an appointment and you won't regret it.

This is a horrible place with extremely long waiting time. I just need a very simple form to be done. The nurse was rude. I called in advance and never called me back. Have to walk in to pick up the form, waited for about two hours just for a signature on the form. I complained and the nurse's response is if you can't wait just come back another day. Don't recommend to anyone. Avoid this office!

Best and most thorough eye exam you will ever have. Dr. Ong truly cares about your vision and your health. Saturday appointments always a bonus.

Staff and Doctor is very nice and professional. They explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions and concerns you might have. They really care about you and make you feel like family.

Our family has used Dr. Ong for years and have never been happier. Everyone at the office is helpful and knowledgeable! Dr Ong is great with our children, it amazes me with how she is able to assess their vision by keeping them engaged with toys and working at their level.
