They have very friendly staff, including the doctor. They have a wide variety of glasses for both self pay and insurance /Medicaid patients.

Have been going to dr. Semmel for years. He is so patient and down to earth. You can trust him and his team to give you down to earth service and honest pricing. They will do all they can to make glasses or contacts the most comfortable experience they can.

Great, clean office, nice staff, always friendly. Dr. Martin McGinn is great!! I actually got in a few minutes before my appt. time to see the doctor and even though it was a thorough check-up I was in and out.

Top notch place. Don't go anywhere else for frames and lenses. The best customer service experience you will get. Thao and Thuy are some of the nicest people you will meet and are super knowledgeable. They have a great selection of your more modern stylish frames, so if you don't want the run of the mill boring selection that is at your typical Glasses-R-Us store, go to Eye Concepts. You will not be disappointed.

Had appointment scheduled yesterday at 3:30. Called to make sure they had me on the books since I did not get reminder card at 2pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm. By 4:15 I was told DR running behind and there was another patient ahead of me. This patient did not have appt (I was sitting next to them). I told them to reschedule me as I was not waiting another hour. The scheduler was very snippy with me. I was having a minor eye surgery that should not have taken more than 1/2 hour. I had to get a friend to drive me. My time is valuable too! When I called at 2 pm they could have told me the Doctor was running late. The rating is low due to the waiting without notice and the scheduler / receptionist having attitudes.
