The dr really listened to my vision challenges. He explained the caused and improved my vision with updated glasses prescription. Great help with getting me new frames. Everyone is great at this location. I am very happy with my new frame and have the best vision now.

Dr. Semmel is kind, compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience at this office. His staff is amazing too. I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Dr. Semmel since the day they first opened. Everyone there has always been so kind and helpful. Dr. Semmel doesn’t hesitate to take the time needed with each visit. I never feel rushed. Most recently, he helped with a problem my son was having for weeks and explained the issue in ways we could understand. I’d recommend his office to anyone!

A big shout out to Dr Semmel , his wife and staff!! Always pleasant and helpful. My optometrist for 25 years and always takes the time to address any concerns. Today had an appointment and extremely concerned and scared about my vision and my appointment took more time than allotted. Turns out cataracts yet he reassured me and it’s time for surgery. He takes it upon himself to forward all records and the reassurance that the surgery will correct my eye sight. Kudos for his diligence and couldn’t be more thankful.

I have been going here for years! They have always been great. I wanted to give a huge shout out to them for getting me in so quickly. I had scratched my eye and they got me in quickly and all set up with drops. Then rechecked me a week later and I was all good to go. I can’t thank them enough everyone was just fantastic !

I’ve changed my dentist and family doctor over the years, but I refuse to change my optometrist! I’ve been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Semmel for over 16 years and he’s amazing! Super friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable. His wife, Maria, who works the front is just as awesome.

I have been going to this location for so many years! The staff has always been the same and so has the service. They are absolutely great at what they do and always treat you like a person and not just someone who is making them money.

Broke my frames .Went in and had my old lenses in the same frames i had but new with in 15 mins. Didn't try so sell me anything else just got me what i needed. Amazing service you wont get from big box stores!

Wonderful eye center ! I have been wearing glasses and contacts for years now and they finally found a superscription that works for me. They also shaved down my lenses so they do not look like a fish bowl anymore haha. Did not know that was a thing until I got glasses here. The ladies up front are the sweetest. They always take the best care of there customers. The eye doctor takes his time also ! Very detailed !

I moved and needed a new eye doctor who took my insurance. They were very helpful, and walking in as a new patient was extremely easy; I only had to fill out one form and provide my ID and insurance card. They said usually they get booked up fast, but had an opening and had me in for an exam the next day!! Which is great because my current glasses are all covered in tape, lol. The doctor was great, and responded kindly to all of my answers and questions, and even explained that my frequent headaches were probably because my prescription changed so much without me even having to mention it first! The copay wasn't obnoxiously high either, though I know insurance largely controls that... Currently waiting on my new glasses! 😎🤓

Have been going to dr. Semmel for years. He is so patient and down to earth. You can trust him and his team to give you down to earth service and honest pricing. They will do all they can to make glasses or contacts the most comfortable experience they can.

I like the open, personal atmosphere... The people there are nice and very personable. The personalized experience makes it more unique instead of just feeling like a chart with patient number 123456 written on it. The doctor is a really nice guy and makes me feel comfortable, but more importantly, he's good at his job and actually listens to me whenever I think something might be relevant.
