I had the best first impression on the phone. And was amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. The Dr. was outstanding, It was the best experience I have ever had in the 22 years of wearing contacts and glasses, Thank You 20/20!!

Dr.wesley Johnson is the best period(.)

Never really developed a relationship with Dr. Johnson, which would be fine, but we did not communicate well. Contacts came in as a different prescription at least twice, after the conversation during the exam was that nothing had changed. Even after I asked if this was correct, do not feel that I received an acceptable explanation. This is not counting the time that we tried different prescriptions for mono vision. While many in the office staff were friendly and helpful, one practically berated me at the counter because my insurance card did not have the name she wanted to see on it, I believe for the processor. The last straw was when I was called in the afternoon to postpone an appointment for the next morning. After calling and introducing herself and telling me they needed to postpone, I was put on hold so she could answer another line. After a few minutes I rang back to someone else, who put me back on hold. I hung up after another wait, and never heard back from the office again. Two months later I made an appointment with another optometrist, and so far I could not be happier. An issue I had been dealing with for over a year was immediately resolved at the new office, so I think I made the right call...

The most Professional Eye Center in this country. Make a appointment and they call yor name at that time. I had to use this center for 6 months to keep from going completely blind. My JPS Connections could not get me in to a doctor for 3 months, which turned into 10 months. I have my sight , thanks to this Eye Center. Professionalism beyond belief. I had the opportunity to visit with MDEyecare and was quite pleased with the service and how they expedited my appointment. I had what I perceived as an emergency eye issue and reached out to this company for the first time at approx. 3:45/4:00pm. The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and very patient with me. In fact, she didn't broach my call the intention of getting me in the next day, instead, she told me to come right in. I was so relieved and thankful as a first time patient. I was running late and called to determine the closing time and was told they were waiting for me. Upon arriving everyone was welcoming and the intake process was seamless. The doctor was very detailed and thorough and did a great job examining me, assessing my issue and providing instructions for post care. My visit with Dr. Pokpongkiat was very pleasant. He was very thorough and informative which is not something I have experienced in visiting an eye doctor. Most of the time you get your exam, prescription, and glasses/contacts and that's it. Dr. Pokpongkiat took the time to talk with me about my eyes and the effects of light sensitivity on my vision. He truly listened to my concerns, and tested out his theories and was even able to tell me a little about the genetics of my family based on his findings, which turned out to be completely accurate! He was very patient, and helpful. I will definitely be back to have my eyes checked by him the next time around. And I live in Texas.
