Today was the 2nd time I’ve seen Dr Hein and I am very happy with the thoroughness of his exam and our conversation about my current vision as well as a glimpse into what is possible ahead. He asks for and allows time for my questions so I left with an excellent overview of current & future vision needs. I’m very pleased to have an excellent doctor and professional office so near my home too!

The Eye Professionals in Langhorne do an excellent job of taking care of my eye health. Staff and doctors are very professional and will work to be sure I am getting the best care possible.

We requested 4 pairs, 2 for me and 2 for my wife, we went and the doctor checked us out quickly, it seemed like he wanted to leave, to measure the position of the retinas one of the vendors uses a marker, when I think they should have a special instrument to that, two weeks later they call me on a Saturday, that I could go pick up the glasses the next day, which was Sunday, I asked them 2 times if they worked and they said yes, I went and it was closed, I return today Monday and they only give me 3 pairs, they tell me that the other one is not ready and that they will deliver it to me in another week, the pair that was needed was mine, the other pair was not the one I ordered, it is a different model, the other two pairs belong to my wife I pay for them with a blue filter, and they came with a normal lens, one of them was used, literally the frame of the glasses was all open and scratched, and the remaining pair was not her formula, she almost fell to the floor when she put them on It's a joke to be honest, paying almost 400 dollars and having 3 pairs out of 4 pairs, one used, one incorrect, and one never ordered.

I wish there were 10 stars to award to Helene and the staff at Frame Up Eyewear! Afraid to choose the wrong pair of frames? Helene is the goddess of glasses. I sat down with her and she immediately knew exactly what would look best on me and meet my specific needs in durability and design. She gave me the answers to questions I had not even thought of and I can tell you I had 100% confidence in her knowledge, and expertise from the moment I sat down with her. Dr Gordon gave a great exam and corrected my previously incorrect prescription. Love my new glasses and am thrilled with my entire experience. I won't go anywhere else, this is the best place!

Our 6 year old son has extreme anxiety when it come to new medical situations. He had never had an eye appointment before and was terrified. Dr. Bittel was so awesome with him; helping him to calm down and feel safe! I highly recommend Dr. Bittel!

I have been using Williams Eye Works for years for me & my sons. Such an amazing staff. This is the best eye store on Staten Island. Very family oriented and have the most beautiful designer frames for the best prices. I highly recommend !! a neighborhood staple for years. Ryan is amazing and always takes care of his customers!!!

Seeking an opportunity to have my Glasses repaired I visited Dr. Van Christian. The young lady at the counter presented as personable pleasant and genuinely wanting to be helpful! Additional staff were equally as pleasant and the person completing the repairs went above and beyond making sure that my glasses were repaired accurately. An overall Wonderful Experience!

Dr Steiner was a very informative and professional individual. She made myself as well as my wife who is also a patient feel extremely comfortable trusting her completely with her recommendations. As a matter of fact, I trusted her so much that after my surgery which was removal of cataracts and the installing the new lens I have a new lease on life the world is much more crisper colorful and Vivid for me and all that within 24 hours we are so pleased. How's that

I honestly can’t put to words the amount of anger and rage I am feeling at the moment. One of the least professional, most disrespectful doctors and staff I have ever spoken with. When I went to my eye exam for contacts I was nearing the ending of my pregnancy. prior to my eye exam I had called so they can order contact trials for the time being since I had none left. It took them over two months to receive my contact trials. After my exam I let them know that at my previous eye doctor my contacts were deemed medically necessary for the fact that there are two completely different prescriptions and that wearing glasses causes huge migraines in me. My insurance covers contacts. I know this for sure. I had given birth and it’s been over two months and I haven’t gotten a single call about my contacts so I contacted them and they’re letting me know that my contacts are not medically necessary. If this is how the doctor feels I wish I had been called earlier so I could’ve paid for my contacts. I am baffled at the fact that they couldn’t even called to let me know. I don’t even think they sent my prescription to my insurance. Very unprofessional. The lady hung up on my face. I honestly think that these doctors are now receiving their diplomas over Google because they have no ethics. They have no morals or respect for their patients. Walmart vision has better staff and more respect.

I purchased contacts and eyeglasses Monday August 14th. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and I purchased a really nice frame. Target optical is my new go to for my eye prescription needs.
