Arlington Vision Center is absolutely THE BEST. Not only is John professional, efficient, courteous, and amazing at what he does, he's genuinely kind. I reached out to him after being referred to his store as a place that had an on-site lab, and John was able to pull off a miracle and get me new lenses within a few days. I say miracle because I had a vacation planned and wanted to be able to see everything!! (Long story, but I had LASIK, my eyes regressed a little, and then I had a LASIK enhancement, and at my 3 month follow up I was finally given a prescription for glasses...less than a week before I was supposed to leave for my trip!) I cannot recommend this shop enough, and I know I'll be returning soon to get my sunglasses done. I am so glad I found a store I can trust for quality products (their eye-wear selection is perfection!!) and a wonderful customer experience. Now more than ever we have to support our local businesses, and I hope you'll support Arlington Vision Center too!

John and his staff are always so pleasant, polite, professional and accommodating. My entire family strongly recommend Arlington Vision Center for sales support and service.

The doctors I've seen have always been great and professional. This place gets one star for the constant over billing I've received over the course of two years. Literally every time the bill has been wrong but I've caught it and they say "sorry we made a mistake". And just this week I received another bill in the mail saying I owe another $50. I sent an email saying we already paid this and they unsurprisingly replied "sorry we made a mistake". Read the other reviews about over billing and make your own conclusions. Not coming back.

Al was the guy who helped me with a discount on my prescription and fitted my glasses patiently. He kept my business after the reception woman had rudely told me she was too busy to deal with my insurance questions ( at initial exam). Thanks to Al for his kind and patient service.

I'm very happy that I went to MyEyeDr. in Arlington. Dr. Kochanowski and his assistant were very attentive during my eye exam and Mr. O'Brien helped me buy a new pair of eyeglasses at a significant discount. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Arlington.

I've been using the Arlington branch for the last 6 months to get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. Easily the most disorganized and slow eye office I've ever used. Had an allergic reaction to their dilating eye drops during the exam that almost made me pass out (used them for years at other places without issue, but what are they using here?!?!) Getting glasses takes several months and many follow up visits and calls. Appointments have to be made to order frames and are hard to schedule and their hours are narrower than regular business hours so you're guaranteed to have to leave work in the middle of the day just to order new glasses. I've had sunglasses delivered as glasses, glasses delivered to different branches...not bothering with them again after this.
