I have been going to this practice for 20 years now and I do not plan on changing my doctor anytime soon, unless I'm forced to because he retires. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. The staff is super friendly and take their time with you. Whether it is insurance related or not. They help guide you in finding the right pair of glasses tailored to you and they treat you like family. I have had multiple complications with my eyes/eyesight throughout the years and I have trusted them wholeheartedly in providing me with the proper care. This is a place I would recommend for anyone and everyone.

First off expect to wait one to two hours for your appointment. I have never been there waiting less than an hour. Today was my postop appointment. I am disabled. I was standing in the line to check out and said to one of the office staff that I can't stand very long and need to sit down. She laughed at me!!! I said I don't think having a spinal cord injury is funny! She walked away. I will never go back to the office.

Great experience great doctor great artwork everybody there is so nice it was nice to meet the new tech who was very informative and thank you vicki for going above and beyond to get my insurance authorized I really really appreciate it

Everyone was professional and friendly during my November 2022 visit. Service was prompt and informative, starting with my initial phone call, appointment reminder, and the actual visit. I will come back as a return client for more contact lens prescriptions. Thank you!

Dr. Ocean was very professional and fully explained everything in a way that I not only understood, but was comfortable with.

Dr Purgert is an exceptional eye doctor in many different ways .He explains everything in detail and makes you feel very comfortable with exams and updates. The staff is exceptional in caring for your needs as well. I am extremely grateful for him and staff. Highly recommended in my opinion for your eye care needs.

The lack of any Spanish speakers on the front desk on a regular basis is pretty disturbing. Do you just not accept people of Latin heritage into this department ? How do you expect to serve a community that has been known as little Mexico for as long as Redwood City has been a city with a lack of Spanish speakers

Dr. Kunjal Modi is an excellent eye doctor. I left feeling confident about my eye health and very grateful for such outstanding service. I highly recommend Dr. Modi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled eye doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Stemley for 10 years, and am very happy with my vision and the excellent customer service that I receive. I always leave knowing that if I have any issues with the way my glasses fit or my vision, they will work with me to make my glasses fit comfortably and ensure that I have the best possible vision. It is a very friendly atmosphere and I feel welcomed and valued. And bonus...they have really cute frames too!
