This dr overlooked eye conditions for two friends of mine. One required surgery for torn retina n almost went blind. The other lost sight in one eye. We also learned the doctor n his wife were double billing my friend n his medicare!!! And worse the doctor wrote my friend’s checks for abt $14,000.00 to himself n his wife n family members after my friend was diagnosed with dementia!

I’ve been very happy with the outcome of my vision with this office and the staff is really nice and supportive. I have some nice oakley frames and the service is really great I do recommend every person to go try out this office in the future.

From routine exams to that time I got a piece of glitter stuck in my eye I've always had great experiences with Dr. White and his team! He has always been very kind and informative.

Dr. Biggs at Oakland Eye was is superior at determining and making my first experience to an eye Dr easy and comfortable. 47 years of no problems and all of a sudden going right into bi-focal lens. Would definitely recommend to anybody at any age to visit him for great support and help.

Lady who I spoke to, blond hair, older, had a tone that I didn't like at all. She should learn how to talk to people without being condescending. I regret ever spending money there. I would definitely not recommend to any family or friends of mine. **Update from new experience recently** Had Carol help me surprise my mom with her dream eyeglasses. She made the whole process worth it. She genuinely seemed happy to help us throughout the whole process. We had to see the doctor to make sure the prescription was correct due to the last pair that weren't done correctly and they quickly resolved before the new pair came in. Glad I gave them a 2nd chance.

Much appreciate Dr Schoenberger's expertise in resolving my eye issue relating to a detached retina. Also enjoyed his friendly and informative discussions throughout the healing process.

Does alllll the tests and only prescription what is needed nothing extra

Staff very friendly, great with kids. My two year old has had a bad experience with an emergency room doctor and their staff, so she's always a little leery when she walks into a medical facility. Dr. Duff and the staff at this clinic made her laugh and feel welcome.

Thank you Eye Candy for all you do. Branka has helped me pick out some amazing glasses. She talked me into custom tint and picked the color out for me. I brought in a pair of my own sunglasses that I didn’t love so much and asked if I could make them into prescription glasses. She even went above and beyond to make sure I got my glasses in an hour that she went into the lab and made my glasses for me!! These glasses were a birthday gift to myself and she made sure I got them in time. Very nice and clean optical, by far the best I’ve visited.

My daughters and I had eye exams recently with Dr (Jennesa) Lock. The process was quick and the staff was very friendly. Dr Lock was great with my daughters and made them feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for families/children.

Just ask for Mark! Actually, everyone we've worked with at the optical department has been great. They are patient with my kids, they're great at communicating insurance info and we get our contacts and glasses back quickly and with no issues. It's the only department at Sam's I enjoy!
