I had an amazing appointment today. Dr. Stephens is kind and accommodating while also explaining everything succinctly. I was also well taken care of by Danny. The office is welcoming in so many ways. I highly recommend coming here. I send the staff a heartfelt thank you.

I made an appointment a couple of days ago and received multiple texts and emails to confirm my appointment. Everything looked good to go, and i was about to leave the house. This morning, however, 2 hours before my appointment, I got a call saying one they don't take my insurance at that loctation after they already confirmed it and two they somehow lost my appointment and I wouldn't be allowed to come in. Now I have to hunt down a different appointment on a Saturday. They seem very unorganized, and I find this to be very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

Dr V. is the best! She’s incredibly kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She’s a wonderful eye doctor who goes above and beyond not only during your exam, but any time you need her. She addressed an issue I was having through email on a day where I concerned about an eye problem I was having. The entire staff there is super friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend Boroyan!

Dr. Andrea was great. Professional, courteous and kind. She explained and detailed the entire exam throughout, answered any question I asked, it was a pleasure. Front desk was the same! 5 stars on my first experience here.

I was a bit nervous coming here taking a peek of many reviews in the past. However, I made the right choice. Perhaps it's been renovated recently. Bright and clean atmosphere area, with soothing music in the background. Strong WiFi. Plenty of parking spots. The lady from Jamaica checked me in. She's so friendly, kind, quick, and professional. The eye exam was fun. Everyone there was kind and professional and very patient! One thing I would like to suggest while I was waiting there, if I may. It will be great if a doctor doesn't need to come and get his/her patients him/herself. It may save some time in the process if there's someone to get patient ready in the exam room waiting for a doctor to come. Look forward to coming back again next year. 😊 kind and knowledgeable doctors!

Dr Zar might be the best experience I've had with a healthcare professional in my life. She was fantastic in all aspects. I was seen promptly. Staff was courteous. Plenty of parking. Large clean waiting room with a bathroom. I see the negative reviews but my experience was great.

Dr. HATCH performed cataract surgery on one eye, replacing my one clouded lens with in artificial lens. This was performed in 2015 and has been working perfectly since then to now in 2023, so for eight and a half years now. So I am very happy with the work of Dr. HATCH and the facility.

Cant stand this place! When a parent comes in and says that there child has a disorder, you respect it! With no attitude!!!

Professional and personal attention excellent

I really can’t recommend them highly enough. I have trouble finding frames that are wide enough to be comfortable on my face, but also don’t irritate my nickel allergy (having sores on my face from glasses is something I’m never doing again!), and they were amazing! They picked out a bunch of frames that they thought would work for me while I was getting my new prescription, which made everything so much easier. They also got me sunglasses that clip magnetically onto my glasses, because I can’t do prescription sunglasses. It was great! Going here is such a personalized experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! And I love my new glasses!
