I had such a great experience with getting my eyes checked to picking out glasses. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Thank you to the woman that check me in to Dr. Kinosvatter who was a great listener to Dawn who finalized my order. When I went back to get my glasses, I got the time wrong and the woman who worked there was walking out of the door. I wish I got her name. She was amazing and even remember my name. She told me she didn't want me to have to come back to get my glasses and got my glasses for me. I even told her, I know it's past your stop time, I'll try them on and I'll bring them back if they don't fit right and she said no: Try them on. This is more than a 5-star experience. She could have easily told me to come back tomorrow but she wanted to give excellent service. Extremely impressed with her customer service skills! I wish I could give all of your employees 10 plus stars. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I will be back anytime I need eyewear. Thank you, I appreciate all of you!

A huge thank you to Dr. Peter and all of the staff at Manhasset eye specialists. They are absolutely amazing. My grandmother has Alzheimer's disease and going to the doctor is not always easy and can often be an upsetting and distressing experience for her. As a nurse, I know what it means to give good care - and they give EXCEPTIONAL care. I have never witnessed an outpatient office work so well with her. Our family rotates taking her to and from appointments and each of the staff members were so attentive and mentioned seeing my sister, father, and aunt, at past appointments. That type of care and attention is not easy to come upon in medicine. Dr. Peter was not at all offended when my grandmother forgot his name and was so personable. Also, with it being the case that we take turns - no one had an issue explaining/re-explaining things and making sure I understood her case and medications since it was my first time at this particular office. That really impressed me as it can be frustrating communicating with multiple family members about the same thing but, they did it with such empathy and care. The interactions that I witnessed from the moment she checked in, to the exams, meeting with Dr. Peter, etc,. were all professional, respectful and thorough. They also have such great senses of humor and were able to make my grandmother smile and laugh which is so sooo sooooo rare with patients experiencing Alzheimer's/Dementia, especially at the doctor. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing care they are giving to my grandmother. 100/10 experience, praises all around. Outside of the staff, the office itself is clean and well put together. Parking is available.

I have been a patient at Jackson Eye Clinic for many years . The staff is very professional & kind. Dr. Bruce & Dr Clark both are excellent Doctor's. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for good Doctors they can trust in for the health of there eyes.

Been coming here for over 9 years and have never had a problem. This is a great caring office with great prices. Jackie the manager has always been very helpful every time I call. Thank you all so much for taking great care of my sight!

Visited the store to purchase eyeglasses and sunglasses on a Saturday afternoon. We were in the store for more than 40 minutes with 3 other customers. We were never once greeted or asked if we needed help. There were 4 employees visible in the front (1 who was assisting someone) while the others sat discussing their schedules for the next week. Please don’t worry about your future schedule if you can’t be bothered to work the one you currently have. I have bought glasses for myself and children at this location several times but with the lack of customer service displayed today I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else in the future.

I just had my first visit here with Doctor Kobayashi. I am happy to say that the great reviews are deserved. I have found my new eye doctor. She was thorough in testing and evaluating, straight forward and very personable. I look forward to trusting her with my vision.

The owner goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are satisfied with the work. He is really a class act and it is great to have such a wonderful business in the city.

Dr. Verdier is fine, seems to be very good at his job, it's all the other yahoos, the worker bees and office people that ruin the experience. We showed up 5 minutes early for a 9 am appointment, 10 minutes standing in line to check in …

If you suffer from Dry Eye Syndrome, you must consult Dr Jenifer. I was initiallly somewhat skeptical and I thought the plan was a bit pricey. Boy, It was worth every penny. Night and day difference. Technology is state of the art, staff is amazing. I would rate them as 10 stars.

Had a fantastic experience with everyone at the practice and they got me in and out in a timely manor. If you are looking for a place with a large selection and fancy equipment, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with great people who genuinely care and a hometown feel, you found it. Very professional and very clean.
