I'm very happy that I went to MyEyeDr. in Arlington. Dr. Kochanowski and his assistant were very attentive during my eye exam and Mr. O'Brien helped me buy a new pair of eyeglasses at a significant discount. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Arlington.

Awesome very friendly and welcoming to my child and the front desk women me made us feel welcomed also the doctors were so professional but yet wholesome I love the environment definitely recommend

I've been using the Arlington branch for the last 6 months to get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. Easily the most disorganized and slow eye office I've ever used. Had an allergic reaction to their dilating eye drops during the exam that almost made me pass out (used them for years at other places without issue, but what are they using here?!?!)
Getting glasses takes several months and many follow up visits and calls. Appointments have to be made to order frames and are hard to schedule and their hours are narrower than regular business hours so you're guaranteed to have to leave work in the middle of the day just to order new glasses. I've had sunglasses delivered as glasses, glasses delivered to different branches...not bothering with them again after this.

Bill and the crew from Saturday 9/9 were amazing. They resolved an issue for my MIL who has Alzheimer's quickly and without question. They were absolutely the most friendly and accommodating group. LensCrafters should be proud they have people like these in there stores.

Just so you know before you go.
Been going here for a few years.
Doctor is ALWAYS late. Always “an emergency came up”. I’m sure that I should “feel” privileged to be seen by him but I don’t.
Today was over the top at one hour. Just can’t accept the disrespect any longer.
Looking for a new doctor thank you.
(I don’t believe I’ve gotten anything positive out of my visits to this doctor either. What do I know; I’m not a doctor?)
Hopefully the situation was unique to my doctor.

Some of the staff treats patients like used car parts...they do not listen, argue & are not helpful...very rude..especially the DR's assistant.

I took my daughter for an eye appointment on 8/24/2022. We were greeted by Dr Soll who checked us in. She suggested dilating my daughter's eyes, which I declined. I also refused the digital imaging, a substitute for the dilation.
Minutes later, my daughter was called in by Dr Soll to do her eye exam. I stayed in the waiting room while they both went to the back office. My daughter emerged from the exam room, and we proceeded to get a copy of our prescription. The young lady informed me that I had to pay 39.00 for imaging (the same one I DECLINED). I informed her that I personally asked Dr Soll to refrain from just that AND dilation, too. She mumbled an apology, and I paid the 39.00 anyway because I did not want to cause a scene! I was livid because I think she pulled a fast one seeing that I was not in the room with my daughter.
I drive home and immediately called the office and spoke to a manager. My 39.00 was promptly refunded. I canceled the appointment I had for the next day. I will NEVER return to that office. People should have INTREGRITY!
